I wish that was true here, most ISP:s I know either requires you to be
on one of their IP subnets and / or use the more hackish pop-first
authentication scheme in order to get access to their SMTP servers. <
sigh >

Anyway, I know that this framework is limited, I just wanted to ask if
he had looked at it at all. Similar topics has been discussed on the
list in the past - a stroll through the archives might be worthwhile.
