mlRe: No launchable executable present?

This happened to someone a few days ago I know. His only fix was to
delete the Info.plist file and recreate it. PB was hosing it with an
extra </array> and it was causing some problems with the
CFBundleExecutable entry.

I think he ultimately had to create a new project.
