Looks at Mail.app

Main window has small icons + text.
Reply window has normal icons + text.

Approximately 3 pixels difference in height.  Looks like the search bar
buggers up the resizing.

Hmmmmmmm.  Why hadn't I noticed that before?

Off to bugreporter I go, ho ho ho.
