There are other things screwing up an enterprise play.
One thing that would help would be to stop by every Oracle booth at
every trade
show you attend and tell them you want native code client libraries on
OSX
(because Java sucks).
Do this for all the other db vendors too, but Oracle is probably the
most important
one to have. The idea that they only need to supply JDBC interfaces to
their
products is lame. Let them know you think so.
