Alternate bug reporting

Is there an alternative to bugreport.apple.com as a way of submitting
problems to Apple?  I'm getting so tired of all the error messages and
error "non-messages" generated by that  site, that my tolerance has been
overwhelmed.

(Wow, don't those just clarify how to proceed/recover?)
