I am wondering when it is good to send the setView: method to the
NSOpenGLContext, it seems that after nib loading is too early.
I made the call in the past inside the drawRect: method, but I am now
working on 3DKit to get it working well under OSX and I don't want to
change the logic, for now. And it seems to me that we would be able to
call this method at the time the view is connected to the window, and it
is the case after a nib loading (in this case it is in the did load nib
in the NSDocument class.
