is part of Bundle?

  • Hi List,

I have to develop a method, which takes a file path as parameter.
Now my method should do the following are return boolean value.

It should return TRUE, if the input file is part of a bundle.
Otherwise NO.    Is there any supporting methods are available in
    existing Cocoa classes?

    Thanks & Regards,
    - Apparao.
  • Do you really mean a bundle, or a file package?

  • You could try using -[NSWorkSpace isFilePackageAtPath:], although of
course you'll have to recurse up the file hierarchy, calling it for
    each parent directory.

You could try caching the results locally if that proves to be a
    problem performance wise.
