ABAddressBook - state code cross reference

  • Hi,

My quick search comes up empty, so does anyone know if there's
something already built into cocoa that will provide a US state name
    to code cross reference?

Do you mean something like "Washington" -> "WA" or something like
    [State validate: @"WA"] ?

  • Yeah, the first suggestion.  I want to translate a state full-name
into an abbreviation.  Rather not re-invent it if it is already
there, or perhaps there's an opensource Obj-C framework that does it,
I can judge if it is worth using it over doing it myself.

Framework? That'd be something like a dictionary with key-value pairs.
